Terms of Service
Last updated 13 August 2026
These terms are provided in English only. Các điều khoản này chỉ có bản tiếng Anh.
HaiBooking provides online appointment booking for small service businesses. These terms apply to everyone who uses it. Sections 1 to 8 are for the businesses that subscribe. Sections 9 to 12 are for customers booking an appointment — if that is you, you can skip straight there.
For businesses using HaiBooking
1. What we provide
A booking page for your customers, a dashboard for managing appointments, staff and services, automatic email confirmations, and — where enabled — text message confirmations. The specific features and the price are set out in your individual agreement with us.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for what happens under your account.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish through us — your services, prices, hours and staff.
- Tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised.
3. Your customers' information
Bookings made through your page contain your customers' personal information. You agree to use it only to serve those customers, and to comply with the law that applies to you when you do. We handle that information as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Text messages
Text confirmations are sent by HaiBooking, under our own registration with the mobile carriers. Your business is named in the message as the subject of the appointment; HaiBooking is identified as the sender.
- You cannot edit the wording of these messages. This is not a limitation we can lift on request — the message content is part of what is registered with the carriers, and altering it per business would breach that registration.
- Messages are sent only to customers who opted in themselves, on our booking form.
- One message is sent per booking. There are no reminders, and no message is sent when an appointment is changed or cancelled.
- We may suspend text messaging for your business if it generates complaints or puts the shared messaging service at risk. Because one registration serves every business on the platform, conduct by one can affect the deliverability of all. We will tell you if this happens.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use HaiBooking to send unsolicited messages, to upload content you do not have the right to use, to attempt to access another business's data, or to break the law. We may suspend an account that does.
6. Availability and support
We work to keep the service running and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not offer a guaranteed uptime level. We may take the service down for maintenance and will give notice where we reasonably can.
7. Liability
HaiBooking is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, or indirect or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Ending the agreement
- You may stop using HaiBooking at any time. Tell us and we will close the account at the end of the current billing period.
- We may end it if these terms are breached, or on reasonable notice.
- On request within 30 days of closing, we will give you a copy of your business's data — your appointments, services and staff — in a common format.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Georgia, United States.
For customers booking an appointment
9. What HaiBooking is, and is not
HaiBooking is the booking system a business uses. Your appointment is with that business, not with us. They set their services, prices, hours and cancellation policy, and they provide the service you booked. Questions about the appointment itself go to them — their phone number is on the booking page and in your confirmation.
10. Payment
11. Your booking
- Please give accurate contact details — they are how the business reaches you if something changes.
- A confirmed booking means the business has your appointment in its schedule. The business may need to contact you to change it.
- To cancel or change an appointment, contact the business.
12. Text messages to you
If you ticked the box to receive a text confirmation, HaiBooking sends you one message confirming that booking. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out applies to every business you book with through HaiBooking. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top. For businesses, material changes will be notified before they take effect.
